Features available on your Optus Mobile Service

The Optus Directory Service available to all Optus Mobile subscribers. You can search both Residential and Business customers, and have the number sent to your phone via SMS, or connected directly through. Please note connection charges apply.
Caller ID
Automatically available to all subscribers, Caller ID is the ability to view the persons number calling you. You can also choose to have your Caller ID blocked from being sent out permanently. To do this you will need to call Bell Networks Customer Service on 1300 857 072.
Missed Called Service
This service captures the Caller ID of incoming calls when you're unreachable, then sends an SMS message to you that includes the captured Caller ID, date and time of the missed call. You can automatically turn off this service if you wish by Calling 159 from your mobile.
Voicemail (321)
An answering service for your Mobile, that takes messages for you when you are unavailable. You will need to call 321 and setup your personal greeting. Please note diversion and retrieval charges do apply.
Call Hold/Call Waiting
This services will notify you with a beep sent through the handset when a second person is trying to call you. You will then have the option of accepting or rejecting the call as you would normally through your handset.
International Roaming
International Roaming allows you to use your Mobile Phones whilst overseas. If you have traveling overseas, please call Bell Networks to have this service activated on your mobile
